“Whether or not to adopt and extend for a period of two (2) years the one-half of one percent sales and use tax for the purpose of financing programs to publicly funded education institutions through the Coppell Education Development Corporation for the promotion of literacy, foreign language, career technology for the development of a skilled workforce.”
